REAL LIFE, TOO

Seriously, it’s like wizardry: neatly packaged and ridiculously affordable.

We teamed up with some of the world’s leading practitioners and computer geeks

to bring remote innovation straight to your home office. Learn how it’s done at top

companies and universities.

Innovation-as-a-Service

Innovation is a fortress that lasts a thousand years. It has a strong foundation (innovation processes and infrastructure), spaces where innovators call themselves entrepreneurs (innovation culture and tools), a roof that doesn’t leak (innovation strategy) and big French windows that allow you to see what is going on in the world around you (innovation Business Intelligence). We are very good at building fortresses.

No reserve team

We love our interns and juniors, but first and foremost, you must get for your projects what you signed up for. Top dogs only.

Design Thinking engineers

“That thing with post-its” is actually one of the best innovation tools in existence. If you know how to use it. We do. And we can help you, too, use it like a pro. But please call someone else if you need a filler for corporate event agendas and team-building sessions. At our house, design thinking is a science. So are other innovation tools and methods you’d be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.

The NO! attitude

We are not afraid to say NO to you. Again, it’s all about skin-in-the-game: if we cannot add value to a project, we don’t do it. The NO! attitude is a new YES! attitude.

Strategy

The one you can actually use to sell stuff. Not a tick-the-box exercise to appease the big guy, later only to be filed in a drawer.

We don’t like asymmetric risk-taking. In plain User, this means we don’t dump all the risk onto the client. We always share it, just as a true partner should.

We are fluent  in USER.
